One、 Manufacturing process of sandwich board for refrigerated carriages
(1) Skin cutting and cleaning, roughen one surface of the skin, remove surface debris, and spray primer.
(2) Place a piece of skin that has been processed as described above into a mold shaped like an uncovered rectangular lunch box, with the painted surface facing upwards.
(3) The surface of the skin is sprayed with adhesive solution.
(4) Place insulation materials.
(5) Spray adhesive liquid on the upper surface of the insulation material.
(6) Place the skin on, ensuring that the treated surface of the skin faces the adhesive solution.
(7) Vacuum pressurized sandwich.
(8) Eliminate pressure and solidify
Two、 Performance requirements for extruded polystyrene board
(1) Uniform foaming, density of 32-40kg/m ³;
(2) The thermal conductivity should be as low as possible, generally required to be below 0.045W/(m · K);
(3) The stability of temperature changes should be good, and the performance should meet the specified requirements within the operating temperature range of -40~70 ℃;
(4) It has a certain mechanical strength and can withstand the vibration and impact of automobiles under harsh road conditions without deformation.
(5) Low water absorption and moisture absorption, corrosion resistance. Good frost resistance;
(6) Non toxic and odorless, with low breathability. When using and burning insulation materials, they must not decompose into toxic and harmful gases;
(7) Low price, easy to form, and can be formed into a car insulation layer using filling, pouring, spraying and other processes.
(8) Due to the lack of a skeleton in the sandwich board, it is required that the insulation material has a certain strength. Typically, insulation materials are required to have a compressive strength of 400kPa, a tensile strength of 600kPa, and a shear strength of 300-600kPa.
