XPS board for underfloor heating（green building materials）

The special insulation board for floor heating produced by our company is divided into dry assembly floor heating module and wet floor heating insulation board.

1. Fangyuan dry assembly floor heating module

It is a new type of floor heating material for laying dry floor heating system, the module adopts a special high-strength insulation board (compressive strength up to 1000 kPa) insulation layer,

 aluminum plate thermal conductive layer and other composites, and is pressed by molding molding technology, and the module is provided with an embedded pipe groove, which can be easily embedded in the floor heating pipe.

Advantages and characteristics: fast thermal effect, balanced thermal radiation, energy saving, fast heating, light weight, does not occupy the height of the floor.

Fast heating, energy saving: the thermal conductivity of aluminum plate is more than 130 times higher than that of cement, the heat conductivity is more uniform and the heat dissipation is larger, the surface temperature of the floor heating is increased under the same water temperature, and the temperature can be reached in 25~30 minutes, which is both efficient and energy-saving.

Light load, safer, saving floor height: Dry floor heating reduces the floor load by 110kg/㎡, increases the floor height by 5~7cm, reduces the construction cost and enhances the safety of the building.

Comfortable: The standard integration of dry assembly floor heating construction makes the installation and routing more convenient, the pipe turning arc is consistent, the total water flow resistance is smaller, and the heat dissipation effect is more uniform.

Dry construction, low-carbon and environmental protection: Dry floor heating meets the technical requirements of dry construction method, and dry floor heating adopts prefabricated grooved aluminum plate modules combined with dry ground, and does not need cement backfill. Dry prefabricated floor heating adopts dry construction method and pipeline separation technology, which can make the two scores of "Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards" reach 6 points respectively. It can be seen that the dry assembly floor heating is in line with the national policy orientation, and the local government will give policy support.

2. Wet underfloor heating insulation board

Our company produces 1cm , 2cm and 3 cm thick extruded plastic panels for floor heating, which are used for floor heating insulation. 

The product is made of environmentally friendly materials, which has good energy-saving, heat insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation and moisture-proof effects.

2 cm and 3 cm thick white extruded plastic board, using carbon dioxide foaming technology, compressive strength of more than 200 kPa.

2 cm thick flame retardant blue extruded plastic board
